PureHealth Aesthetics – Clinic Policies & Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment with PureHealth Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Appointments
All appointments must be secured with a booking deposit.
Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit has been received and confirmation has been sent by PureHealth Aesthetics.
All clients must be aged 18 years or over.
PureHealth Aesthetics reserves the right to request photographic identification before treatment.
2. Consultation & Medical Assessment
All treatments are subject to a consultation and medical assessment.
The safety and wellbeing of our clients is our priority. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if:
The treatment is deemed unsuitable.
Medical contraindications are identified.
Unrealistic expectations are present.
Treatment is not considered to be in the client's best interests.
In such cases, treatment may be declined without obligation to proceed.
3. Deposits
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Deposits secure your appointment time and compensate for the reservation of clinic availability.
Deposits cannot be refunded in the event of:
Cancellation by the client.
Failure to attend an appointment.
Late arrival resulting in appointment cancellation.
Change of mind.
Deposits may be transferred in accordance with our rescheduling policy.
4. Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of two times.
Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in future bookings being refused.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will remain non-refundable.
We strongly encourage clients to provide as much notice as possible if they are unable to attend.
6. No-Show Policy
A no-show is defined as failing to attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be liable for the full treatment fee booked.
By booking an appointment with PureHealth Aesthetics, you agree that payment may be requested for the missed appointment before any future bookings are accepted.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.
7. Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive promptly for your appointment.
Late arrivals impact other clients and clinic scheduling.
The following charges apply:
Up to 5 minutes late: £10 fee
Up to 10 minutes late: £20 fee
15 minutes or more late: Appointment cancelled and deposit forfeited
If there is insufficient time remaining to safely perform your treatment, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of PureHealth Aesthetics.
8. Treatment Preparation
To ensure the best possible treatment experience, clients are advised to:
Arrive with the treatment area free from makeup where possible.
Follow any pre-treatment instructions provided.
Inform us of any changes to their medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, or health conditions.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment suitability and outcomes.
9. Numbing
For your comfort, a medical-grade numbing cream will be applied where appropriate upon arrival.
Clients who are particularly sensitive to discomfort may choose to purchase Emla 5% Cream from a local pharmacy and apply it approximately 30 minutes before their appointment.
10. Guests & Children
To maintain a safe, professional, and comfortable clinical environment, additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room unless agreed in advance.
Children must not be left unattended at the clinic.
11. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary from person to person.
While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, PureHealth Aesthetics cannot guarantee specific results.
Treatment outcomes may be influenced by:
Individual anatomy
Lifestyle factors
Healing response
Compliance with aftercare instructions
Additional treatments may be required to achieve or maintain desired results.
12. Photographs
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records, treatment planning, and monitoring purposes.
Photographs will not be used for marketing or social media without your separate consent.
13. Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and increase the risk of complications.
PureHealth Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
14. Complications & Follow-Up
Although aesthetic treatments are generally safe, all procedures carry potential risks and complications.
Clients will be informed of these risks during consultation and consent.
If you experience any concerns following treatment, please contact PureHealth Aesthetics as soon as possible.
Emergency medical attention should be sought immediately where appropriate.
15. Respectful Behaviour
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all clients and staff.
Aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in treatment refusal and termination of the client relationship.
16. Privacy
All personal information is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Your information will only be used for treatment, communication, medical record keeping, and legal compliance purposes.
17. Amendments
PureHealth Aesthetics reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time.
