MICROSCLEROTHERAPY/ “SPIDER LEG VEINS”

Microsclerotherapy is the technique used to treat the spider veins or thread veins of the legs. It involves the injection of a diluted drug, called a sclerosant, directly into the visible thread veins which destroys them and causes them to disappear over time.
